General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply to purchases of services and goods made at the studio location, 967 College Street, and online while using our MindBodyOnline e-commerce website. Privacy and confidentiality policies will apply while using either our main or e-commerce websites.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hour notice if you would like to cancel an appointment in our clinic. After 24 hours, you will be charged for the missed or canceled appointment. In the event of a late cancellation of an Initial Consultation, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

Purchase Policy

The costs of all products and services listed in the Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga online site are shown in Canadian dollars. HST will be added to the final payment amount.

Refund Policy

Refunds when applicable will be issued to your original form of payment. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days if unused and in its original condition. For workshops, pre-registered classes, teacher training tuition less deposit, and retreats (not including international retreats) a full refund will be issued if notice to cancel is received at least 30 days before the start date. Deposits toward teacher training programs and retreats are always non-refundable. Annual memberships, international retreats, gift certificates, individual classes, class packs, or memberships are always non-refundable upon purchase. Monthly memberships may be paused or cancelled at any time with one month's notice.

Teacher Training & Yoga Education

Each program offered is subject to program-specific requirements in order to qualify for completion and/or meet Yoga Alliance standards. All requirements for graduation must be completed within 12 months of your training end date, unless an exception is granted in writing by a director prior to the end of the program. Certificates of completion are only provided to those students who have met the standards of completion for the specific program in which they are enrolled. If you require a replacement certificate from a training program that was completed over 24 months ago a $60 administration & recovery fee will apply.
