The Fundamentals of Practice

Pranayama, or yogic breathing, is a subtle but potentially life-altering practice. The yogis in their ancient wisdom, and through countless hours of practice and observation, discovered that everything in our physical, mental, and emotional realm is reflected in our breath. They also discovered that focusing on specific practices that affect breathing, transformation and healing on many levels can be achieved!

In this 2-weekend intensive we will focus on developing a daily pranayama practice that has powerful implications for general well-being and will be an inner voyage towards self-discovery and personal transformation.
